To Find Us
- Leave the M6 Motorway at junction 40 and take the A66 to Keswick,
- at the second roundabout (approx 18 Miles) turn left.
- Follow down until you come to a T junction and turn left, (you will see the Keswick Pencil Museum on your left)
- You will cross over the River Greta Bridge and then turn right at the next mini-roundabout.
- Follow the road round and go across the next mini roundabout.
- After about 700 yards you will reach a roundabout at the entrance to the Borrowdale Valley. Turn right onto B5249.
- Continue for about 3.5 miles. On your left hand side you will pass The Lodore, Borrowdale and Leathes Head Hotels. Immediately after the entrance to the Leathes Head Hotel start indicating right.
- You will see a 3 story Victorian House (Derwent House) Pull into the drive and ring the side door bell. The Bungalow is situated in grounds behind the owners house.
